Terms and Conditions
Retainer / Deposits / Refunds
Retainer / Deposits are not refundable but are transferable to another date if
done prior to one week before the booked date. If paid in full, a refund (minus the $100 deposit) will only be issued if canceled
prior to one week before the booked date. If you need our services for more than an hour due to delays, additional fees may apply.
If we cancel and are unable to perform your ceremony all of the money you paid will be refunded. The balances of all fees are due
before the ceremony takes place. If you cancel your event less then 4 days prior to your booked time and do not transfer to another
date you will owe for the entire ceremony fee.
On time / Overtime
It is vital that our Officiant starts when they are scheduled at
your event. Our Officiants often times have multiple bookings and it is imperative that they start at the designated time to stay
on schedule as being delayed could affect their next event. You may be charged $25.00 for every 15 minutes the Officiant has to wait
past the scheduled time.
Pets and Guests
Restrain all pets from the area of the ceremony. Animals and our Officiants are not to interact
in any capacity unless approved in advance. A safe environment must be provided for our Officiants. Drunken guests and rowdy individuals
are to be kept away from our Officiants. If the Officiant at any time feels unsafe, threatened or in danger they will leave the event
and the client will be charged for the full package.
Gratuity
A gratuity for Officiant is optional and left up to the client and is
appreciated.
By filling out the order form and/or placing the retainer fee signifies you agree to the terms and conditions set forth
and will serve as a written contract between you and “FunWedNY”.

Basic Wedding Package $299
Rehearsal $75
A simple 5 minute ceremony. Just the basics.
This is nicer than the type of ceremony you could get at the Court House.
The
Basic ceremony is not changeable and you cannot add on to it.
Meet at the Wedding Location and run through the ceremony and set up the entrances and exits and coordinate with the venue. Rehearsal should not exceed 45 minutes.
Travel beyond 20 miles from the selected Officiants home base area is extra.
Sand or Rose Ceremony $25
Deluxe Wedding Package $475
Includes the Fun and Romantic Package listed above, Rehersal, one of the following... Sand and Containers for Sand Ceremony or Roses for Mothers Roses or Couples Roses Ceremony.
Hawaiian Style Wedding $395
A fun Island style ceremony. Great for Beach Weddings or Vow Renewals. Includes Sand Ceremony and Hawaiian style Leis.

"I Dos" and have your license signed and filed. We can come to you and we can officiate your
Wedding and Join you legally in marriage. The
I Do ceremony is less than a minute long.
